Exchanges

• We offer exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanging an item.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage.
• Once the claim is approved, a refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
