Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit unless otherwise stated.

To start a return, contact us at info@clwdnine.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 1 to 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are dispatched. Contact us at info@clwdnine.com or via WhatsApp at +962 7 9836 3723 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under the return policy above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
