In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. For cash on delivery orders, payment is collected in full upon delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Jordan and internationally. Delivery timelines and fees are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Clwd Nine is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
